Last week, I had the opportunity to experience one of the six Michelin-starred restaurants in Houston, Musaafer. They serve authentic Indian cuisine in a beautifully designed venue, with incredible hospitality.

I started with their Escolar Ceviche and half a dozen of their Baked Oysters, then I tried the Lamb Seekh kebab, and finished with the Nihari (braised lamb shank). For the sides, I had the Baingan Bharta, Basmati Rice, and Garlic Naan. From beginning to end, I thoroughly enjoyed each of the options I experienced.

The service was wonderful, I loved the ambience of the restaurant, and the dishes were all beautifully plated. I look forward to visiting them again, someday.

Here are some of the photos I captured during my time at Musaafer.
