The Jerk Shack in San Antonio was, by far, one of the best restaurants I’ve experienced in the city.

First opened in 2018, The Jerk Shack provides San Antonio with a Black-owned, Caribbean cuisine option about 15 minutes away from the downtown area.

During my visit, I had the hash bowl and three piece jerk chicken. Both were delicious, and filling; be sure to come on an empty stomach, trust me.

I will be visiting the restaurant again, and recommend each of you checking them out.
